The Varial frame features a 120mm CNC-machined head tube for a semi-integrated headset, a wide 68mm bottom bracket shell, CNC-machined HS rear brake mounts with an integrated brake booster, and horizontal CNC dropouts spaced at 116mm with included snail cams. The bike comes with a black anodized finish and minimalistic Jitsie graphics.
Wheels & Tyres Optimised for Trials
The bike rolls on a Jitsie wheelset featuring 28/32-hole hubs, strong 20”/19” rims, stainless 1.8mm spokes and lightweight Jitsie Reverz tyres for maximum traction and rebound.

Easy Final Assembly
⚠️ All Jitsie bicycles are partially pre-assembled before shipping.
Bottom bracket and headset are installed at the factory. The remaining steps — wheels, cockpit, drivetrain — are straightforward and can be completed with basic tools. A full assembly manual is included.
