Description

The Inspired Flow 22″ is a versatile street trials bike designed to bridge the gap between 20″ and 24″ wheels. It is an excellent choice for younger riders moving up from a 20″ trials bike, as well as taller riders who prefer the compact and agile handling of a smaller wheel size.

Designed for both learning and advanced street trials, the Flow 22″ combines responsive handling with enough stability to help riders develop their skills. Its compact geometry, short chainstays, 73° head angle, and short fork offset create a lively and precise feel when riding on either wheel, while the moderate bottom bracket rise and generous reach add stability.

The frame is manufactured from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium and features full-size tubing, a reinforced downtube gusset, and a custom one-piece forged bottom bracket yoke. The yoke is shaped to provide clearance for the 22-tooth front chainring while maintaining a strong and rigid chassis.

The 6061 aluminium Flow V2 fork uses oversized legs for increased durability and custom forged dropouts. A screw-in top cap also allows the front brake hose to be routed internally through the steerer for a clean cockpit setup.

The rear triangle is specifically designed around the standard 22:16 gearing. Compact horizontal dropouts and custom forged aluminium chain tugs provide a neat and secure wheel adjustment system. Both frame and fork use CNC-machined disc brake mounts, allowing the bike to be upgraded as the rider progresses, with a maximum rotor size of 185mm.

The component specification has been carefully selected to provide reliable performance without compromising the bike’s entry-level positioning. The bike features an Inspired Flow riser handlebar, Trialtech forged stem, Inspired Flow Plus 2-piece cranks, sealed bottom bracket, KMC chain, Wellgo platform pedals, and Flow chain tugs.

Braking is provided by Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes with 180mm rotors, while the wheelset combines double-wall Inspired 22″ rims with sealed-bearing Trialtech disc hubs and Inspired Street 22″ tyres.
