Description

The Jitsie Race NGage 2-Piece 160mm Crankset is a high-performance drivetrain upgrade developed specifically for modern bike trials. Designed for maximum stiffness, durability, and efficiency, this crankset combines a robust 2-piece construction with an integrated axle to deliver superior power transfer under the most demanding conditions.

At the core of the system is a strong CRMO axle paired with CNC-finished forged aluminium 160mm Race cranks, offering an optimal balance of strength and low weight. Compared to traditional ISIS crank and bottom bracket setups, the NGage system is significantly lighter and stiffer, providing riders with a more responsive and direct feel.

The included Jitsie BSA 68mm Bottom Bracket Race features sealed cartridge bearings for smooth rotation and long-term reliability. Its advanced design includes an external aluminium cup with an oversized bearing on the left side, while the drive side uses a semi-integrated dual bearing configuration to better distribute pedalling loads and enhance durability.

Installation and maintenance are simplified with the included M15 crank bolt and M22 self-extracting cap, allowing easy crank removal. The system fits all frames with a 68mm BSA (1.37″×24 TPI) bottom bracket shell and is fully compatible as a retrofit upgrade for all Varial Standard and Race bikes.

Please note that the crankset does not include a splined Race freewheel, giving riders the flexibility to choose their preferred setup. A CNC machined POM freewheel lock ring tool is included for secure installation.
