Description

Overview

The Clean X1 20″ bike is crafted from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, featuring CNC-machined components including the headtube, bottom bracket shell, bridge, and dropouts—all made from premium 7075-T6 aluminum for added strength and precision.

The frame includes a 120mm long tapered headtube, with a 1 1/8″ top cup and a 1.5″ bottom cup, maximizing stiffness and durability. It’s fully compatible with integrated headsets.

Frame tubing has been optimized with revised thicknesses to increase strength while maintaining a lightweight design. Two custom gussets have been added where the main tubes meet the headtube to further enhance strength and stiffness.

Designed for 116mm rear hubs.

The left dropout is fully CNC-machined and features an integrated post-mount disc brake mount to minimize flex under braking while providing a sleek look.

This model is disc brake-only but retains a small brake booster, preserving the iconic style of the original production series.

The integrated chain tensioner ensures the rear wheel remains in the optimal position at all times, significantly improving brake performance.

Finish: Sand-blasted blue anodized with red and white water decals.
