Inspired Hex Team 26″ Bike
The Inspired Hex Team 26″ is built for riders who demand the absolute highest level of performance from their bike. Developed with input from top-level athletes, the Hex Team takes the proven Hex platform and elevates it with premium components and refined details designed for elite street and trials riding.
The aluminium frame uses an advanced butted tubeset combined with external gussets at the top and down tube junctions to maximise strength under extreme loads. A fully integrated tapered head tube increases weld surface area with the down tube, further improving durability and long-term reliability.
At the heart of the frame is a hollow bottom bracket and chainstay yoke, CNC-machined internally to reduce weight while maintaining exceptional stiffness. This design provides generous clearance for both tyre and chainring, even under aggressive riding conditions. A 12mm bolt-through rear axle with an expanding wedge system threads into a custom tapered insert inside the dropout, eliminating the risk of loosening and ensuring precise alignment.
The frame and fork both feature reinforced Post Mount disc brake mounts, allowing direct installation of brake calipers with rotors up to 185mm without the need for adapters. The rear disc mount is formed as a single hollow structure with the dropout, ensuring perfect alignment and maximum strength. Custom-shaped dropouts with an integrated chain tensioner mount complete the clean, purposeful design.
The Hex Team fork is engineered with a tapered steerer and a redesigned crown to increase stiffness while keeping weight to a minimum. A 20mm bolt-through axle provides front-end rigidity, while the countersunk and captive axle system allows quick removal without loose hardware. Increased tyre clearance at the fork crown also improves brake hose routing through the steerer using the dedicated top cap.
Premium components throughout define the Hex Team build. Steering precision comes from a forged stem and Team riser handlebars, paired with lock-on grips for secure control. The drivetrain uses a high-end crankset with direct-mount sprocket and bashring, combined with a durable chain, grippy platform pedals and a sprung chain tensioner. Powerful Magura MT7 HC3 hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power and modulation in all weather conditions.
The wheelset is built to withstand the demands of elite riding, featuring high-quality hubs, double-butted spokes and strong, wide rims fitted with fast-rolling Continental tyres. Finished in Gloss Metallic Dark Blue, the Inspired Hex Team 26″ is a no-compromise machine designed for riders pushing their limits.
